This Portal is for accessing other services from PWS which don't relate directly to placing an order: for example, with aftersales support.
Whereas TradeZone is a business-critical service which has been rigorously tested, this Portal is more experimental and may not always be reliable.
But, this gives us the flexibility to add extra functions into the Portal more easily. This will enable us to give you better access to the information that you require.
